We are over 550 professionals globally and currently looking for a Recruiter. In this role, you will help hire QA specialists into our Tashkent QA Centre.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for full lifecycle hiring process for QA specialist roles for entry/junior level:
• Reviewing applications
• Conducting phone and/or video interviews
• Arranging and (if needed) taking part in F2F interviews
• Offer preparation
• Taking part in external events, career fairs to promote the company and develop candidate pipeline as appropriate
• Keeping high level of stakeholders satisfaction
• Exploring other candidates pipeline opportunities

We expect you to have:

• Experience gathering candidates through multiple channels (job sites, social networks, references, events, fairs, educational institutions, etc.)
• Initial recruitment experience 
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Fluent in Russian
• Good command of English
• Tashkent based and familiarity with local market

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with volume hiring ideally for entry level roles
• Prior recruitment experience in IT companies or recruitment agencies - 1 year minimum
• Prior experience organizing assessment centers or other interviewing events
• Prior experience working with educational institutions to grow pipeline of candidates
