Skills Required
- Technical recruitment experience (courses/competitions/internships/jobs) within 0-4 years
- Experience recruiting software development candidates
- Experience recruiting for startups
- Experience sourcing candidates from startups
- Experience recruiting candidates from top-tier backgrounds (IIT, IIM, etc.)
- Sourcing and searching candidate profiles on LinkedIn
- Analyzing candidate profiles across various job boards
- Understanding technical terms used in software application development
- Ability to identify false positives when shortlisting candidate profiles
- Research skills on companies, markets, and trends for different job roles
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience recruiting for data engineering, data science, machine learning, or fullstack web development
- Experience working with fast-growing or ambitious startups
