As a Corporate Recruiter focused on hiring across EMEA, you’ll be a key member of the regional Talent Acquisition team. You’ll partner closely with Business HR, the Global Talent COE, University Relations, TA Operations and other HR centers of excellence to deliver world class recruitment experiences.
We’re looking for a curious, driven, and strategic recruiter who thrives in a fast paced, matrixed environment. You bring deep expertise in corporate talent acquisition, a consultative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting is essential.
- Experience supporting large-scale corporate environments across multiple countries and industries.
- Strong understanding of talent markets across EMEA.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions using data, insights, and market intelligence.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in proactive sourcing, including passive candidate engagement, sourcing, and long-term talent nurturing.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and other platforms to identify and engage top talent
- Demonstrated collaboration across HR functions, especially with Business HR and specialist teams.
- Comfortable using recruiting technologies and systems (e.g., Workday ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Smartsheets or equivalents).
You’ll operate within our agile recruitment model, partnering with corporate leaders across EMEA to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. You’ll develop tailored recruiting strategies, consult with hiring managers, and focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead progressive recruitment strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend top corporate talent, with a focus on diverse shortlists.
- Own and drive market research projects related to talent mapping and availability across EMEA.
- Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment philosophy and champion process improvements in collaboration with HR teams.
- Creatively network and manage pipelines of qualified corporate talent, while contributing to team knowledge-sharing and development.
