Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to source select and hire qualified candidates. This includes proactive pipelining.
  • Write and post job advertisements.
  • Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate job advertising in various media and attend job fairs.
  • Utilizing key selling points to a passive talent market to drive attraction
  • Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify candidates.
  • Meet with business leaders to discuss current market intelligence. Use data and analytics to drive key objectives.
  • Assist in training line management on recruiting and selection processes.
  • Support a diverse workforce and comply with hiring guidelines.
  • Stay informed about market trends impacting candidate attraction.
  • Provide timely employee-related information to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience.
  • Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends.
  • Good customer service skills and high discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and plan routine activities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers and clients.
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone and in the US.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,200.00 - $136,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
