The Mission
You will be deployed inside a frontier AI lab with a focus on G&A hiring. You'll operate as an extension of their brand and ours, hiring world-class talent whilst building effective hiring foundations.

Skills Required
- Proven experience hiring exceptional talent, ideally for SaaS, AI labs, deep tech, or software companies
- Strong communication skills using logic, data, and experience

- High emotional intelligence
- High agency, ambition, and strong work ethic
- Comfort working embedded with client teams as a forward-deployed recruiter
