Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Acute Treatment Services (ATS) Program
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm - 8:30pm
Pay rate: $23.00-$25.00hour

The Recovery Specialist Supervisor is responsible for:
- Providing guidance, direction, and support to Recovery Specialists in the performance of their duties and responsibilities within NERC.
- Interviewing, hiring, evaluating and other aspects of managing and supervising Recovery Specialist staff within the program.
- Receiving all Recovery Specialist timesheets and following up with staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of timesheet information as needed.
- Facilitating the movement of clients around the building and grounds in a safe and orderly fashion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Services field required.
- Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred.
- CADC/LADC preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Services
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- CADC or LADC certification
- Excellent verbal, social, and writing skills
- Use of independent judgment to resolve problems and emergencies
- Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting
