Perform final audit and filing of maintenance documents.
Essential Functions:
- Receive and assign aircraft records packets from the FMU and/or applicable Class B Maintenance Stations for audit and verification of correct entry of required information into the PMI computer system
- Provide information needed from the aircraft files to management staff as requested
- Ensure monthly purging of file documents that exceed the required retention period
- Perform audit of each aircraft's records package and verify the correct entry of required information into the Purchasing Maintenance Inventory System (PMI)
- File all aircraft records in appropriate file
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Records
