Job Summary
As a Reconciliation Senior Specialist II within the Operations Team, you will support the team and team leader in delivering top-quality operations, document procedures, and identify additional control requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring good and effective reconciliation by gaining a thorough understanding of the product.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and promptly.
- Support the team and team leader in their mission to deliver top-quality operations.
- Identify requirements for additional controls.
- Complete daily checklists and reporting, actively collaborating with the team to resolve exceptions.
- Prepare case notes, discuss learnings with the team, and seek opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
- Work effectively with the team leader and serve as a backup in their absence.
- Ensure that the latest process updates and changes are communicated to the team and understood by all team members.
- Escalate any matters of concern to the team leader promptly and ensure issues are resolved.
