We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Department Receptionist to join our team. What You'll DoWelcome customers and create a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Assist customers visiting the Service Department.
Support service department operations with administrative tasks.
Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Dependability and excellent organizational skills.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
