Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our premises. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
