Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations
  • Greet residents, visitors, contractors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide accurate information regarding building facilities, services, and procedures.
Resident Services
  • Assist residents with general inquiries, requests, and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Receive and record service requests and follow up as necessary.
  • Support communication between residents and the management office.
Visitor & Contractor Management
  • Register and monitor visitor access in accordance with building security procedures.
  • Coordinate with security personnel regarding visitor and contractor entry.
  • Maintain visitor logs and records as required.
Administrative Support
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and documents.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist in preparing notices, announcements, and communications to residents.
  • Support the management office with general administrative duties.
Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Handle resident concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Ensure confidentiality of resident information and building records.
Other Duties
  • Support building events and community activities as assigned.
  • Perform other duties related to front office operations as assigned by the Building Manager or Property Manager.
