Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for visitors, clients, and employees alike. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a polished and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
