Tom Wood Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a customer focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Greet and welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in customer facing rolls preferred
Excellent communication skills are a must
Professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and communication is essential
Detail oriented
Basic proficiency in computers and office software usage is preferred
