We are looking for a Receptionist / Guest Experience Ambassador for our IFM business line.

What this job involves

• Answer incoming calls

• Organize outgoing mail and couriers

• Keep a log of all visitors in the office.

• Administrative support including responsibility for the documentation flow, conference rooms, office equipment, office supplies

• Generate reports, communications & documents as required by the Client

• Other administrative support (subject to business needs)

• Fluent English

• Experience in similar position

• “How can I help you” approach

• Well-organized and skilled in multitasking

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Good knowledge of MSOffice especially Excel
