The Receptionist is the first point of contact for internal and external communications, providing professional support and maintaining positive interactions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Greet and assist virtual visitors or clients
- Maintain accurate records and scheduling
- Assist with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior reception or customer service experience preferred
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
