Main Role:
- Managing the front desk area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assisting visitors and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Providing general information to visitors, and staff.
- Preparing and maintaining office documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Filing, scanning, and organizing records.
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Monitoring office equipment.
- Supporting HR with onboarding of new employees.
- Handling petty cash transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records of supplier invoices and payments.
- Supporting company events, meetings, and staff activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Greek and English languages;
- Knowledge of an additional language will be considered as advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Pleasant personality and ability to work in a multicultural environment;
