The Receptionist:
- Serves as the primary reception and front desk representative for the Corporate Office, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
- Is responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and handling office communications.
- Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support through meeting coordination, scheduling, event planning, office supply management, and various administrative projects as directed by the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration, receptionist, or administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software to create flyers, invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials preferred.
- Experience coordinating virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in all interactions.
