As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will use your organizational skills and great customer service to manage the front desk in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care / skilled nursing center. You will greet and check in visitors, family members and vendors per center protocols, provide them with direction in the center, maintain an updated directory for the center, manage the center's main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate contacts, maintain office files and records, and assist job applicants upon arrival with completing employment documents and ensure they are picked up for interviews by hiring managers in a timely manner. You will enjoy a full-time / part-time work schedule on the dayshift (9am -- 5pm, Monday -- Friday, with competitive pay and room to grow! Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior receptionist, administrative support, or related office or customer service experience a plus.
- Must have basic computer skills with ability to navigate windows and internet programs.
- Must have great customer service skills and ability to multitask between phone, emails, systems and walk-ins

Raleigh Rehabilitation Center is a 157-bed skilled nursing facility in Raleigh, North Carolina, dedicated to helping patients return to their prior level of function. The center provides a caring environment for short-term rehabilitation following hospital admission, long-term in-patient residential care, and specialty clinical programs, including a Post COVID-19 Recovery Program and state-of-the-art telemedicine services.
