Childhelp is seeking a welcoming, dependable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our National Headquarters. As the first point of contact for guests, callers, and partners, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and compassionate environment in our main lobby.
In addition to managing incoming calls and visitor hospitality, this role provides vital daily administrative support and oversees key office and facility needs to keep our team running smoothly.
What You'll Do:-
Front Desk & Guest Relations: Warmly greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a pleasant lobby experience and directing them to the appropriate contact or department.

Call & Communication Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming main-line calls; provide general organizational information; and promptly manage voicemail inquiries.

Office & Facilities Support: Oversee kitchen and breakroom logistics—including stocking supplies, keeping common areas tidy and sanitized, coordinating catered event lunches, and updating building nameplates.

Administrative & Clerical: Assist with incoming/outgoing packages, data entry, document preparation, filing, office supply maintenance, and event logistics support.

Facility Coordination: Assist management with building maintenance requests and ensure the office is securely closed at 5:00 PM daily.
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:

Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent combination of education/experience) with at least 1 year of receptionist experience in a high-volume setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Windows OS, web applications, and standard office equipment (multi-line phone systems, copiers, fax).

Communication & Demeanor: Outstanding verbal, written, and phone etiquette skills paired with strong customer service and a compassionate, professional approach.

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite attendance required Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
