Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures

• Escort our suite guests to the Schloss

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests

• Assist our guests and respond to their inquiries

• Identify the needs of our guests and build a relationship with them

• Support guests with specific tasks (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)

• Handle guest complaints and refer them to management if necessary

• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• First experience in the hotel industry, ideally in Reception/Front Office

• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

• Computer skills

• Experience with Guestline is an advantage

• A customer-oriented and professional attitude

• An open-minded personality

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
