Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Providing the highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all tim
- Handling confidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies
- Answering and routing calls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracy
- Greeting and completing established check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requested
- Receiving and transmitting mail, packages and messages for clients
- Keeping lobby and desk area clean and presentable
- Performing other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
- Demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility property
- Arriving for work on time and adheres to the program’s attendance policies
- Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and completing duties in the allotted time
- Maintaining adequate knowledge of the program’s emergency preparedness plan, emergency and security procedures
- Participating in all mandatory training and attends in-service training as required
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma and/or GED
- Must have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience; hotel experience is highly desirable
- Must possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with billing or admissions processes in a healthcare setting are highly desirable.
