Job Description :We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees alike. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and security protocols

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
