Summary:
Attends to visitors and deals with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the public, clients, and customers. The receptionist may perform a variety of clerical duties and other duties that are pertinent to The Angelus, including but not limited to working a floor shift position or anywhere else needed. (Working a floor shift is not in place of your daily position it’s in addition too).
The receptionist position is Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Must have some experience working in healthcare.
- Highschool Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications are preferred.
- Interest in customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills preferred.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills, word, excel, outlook, and adobe.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Must be 21 with a Current Valid Florida Drivers License and Pass MVR.
Must pass DCF Level 2 background check.
Must pass a drug screen.
Skills Required
