Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to provide an excellent first impression while supporting daily front desk operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate visitor check-in procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Support daily administrative and front desk operations.
  • Maintain organized office records and documentation.
  • Assist with general office organization.
  • Uphold company service standards during every visitor interaction.
