About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in the Imaging Department. The Imaging Receptionist is primarily responsible for clerical functions within Imaging Services, including accurately recording all clerical information as it relates to the exams. The Receptionist will be responsible for the management of all files associated with imaging services to accurately maintain patient records. As an Imaging Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to manage our multi-line phone system, greet patients, and perform general administrative duties. Your excellent phone etiquette and communication skills will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible service.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls on our multi-line phone system
- Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
As a Receptionist, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills on a daily basis to manage our multi-line phone system, greet clients, and perform general administrative duties. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office skills will be utilized in performing various administrative tasks. If you have experience in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry or are bilingual in English and Spanish, these skills will be highly beneficial in this role.
