An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Private Clients team as Receptionist supporting all business segments in WA.
About the role
This fast-paced and varied role involves providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, handling routine and administrative tasks and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Managing front of house, welcoming clients and visitors, booking meeting rooms, answering calls, and receiving and dispatching deliveries and mail as required.
Maintaining office supplies, facilities, and car parking allocations.
Data management including maintaining employee lists, organisation charts, systems access, and company resources.
Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, who will work collaboratively with the office manager to take direction whilst supporting front of house.
You'll have:
Previous demonstrated working experience working in a receptionist or office support role where there is a strong focus on client service and stakeholder management.
A high level of professionalism and flexibility.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the proven ability to use initiative and creativity to achieve outcomes and solve problems.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, with exposure to software such as MyClient, Converga and Flexipurchase being advantageous.
The role reports to the Office Manager who will also provide instructions as required from time to time to undertake administrative tasks.

Skills Required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role
