Apple Autos is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team and provide a warm welcome to our valued customers for nights and weekends, no experience necessary. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone.
What you will do:
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts.
- Managing the dealerships’ s front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry tasks.
