Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming environment will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Duties
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing assistance as needed
- Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Provide general administrative and Accounts Payable support as directed
- Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the office
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
