We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Ford dealership. If you enjoy working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you!

• Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide a warm, professional welcome

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department

• Schedule appointments and help manage customer flow

• Respond to basic customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through other communication channels

• Assist the sales, service, and management teams with administrative tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers arrive

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable answering multiple phone lines and working with customers

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
