Position Summary: We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills, promotes a productive and positive relationship with our patients, provides courteous and friendly service, and contributes to a positive work environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains patient records by obtaining and accurately recording patient demographics, insurance, and billing information.
- Protects the rights of patients by maintaining confidentiality of personal, health and financial information.
- Provides efficient, effective patient care in compliance with clinic policies and procedure, legal and regulatory standards.
- Schedule appointments, put in orders, update and send tasks in our EMR, and update patients' charts.
- Responds promptly, professionally, and courteously to patients’ needs.
- Ability to adapt to change.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills and to be able to follow through on all tasks.
- Demonstrates excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
- Proactive, dependable, professional, and friendly team player.
- Great with people, with the ability to interact with a lot of different personalities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Medical office experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Hours:
This is a Full-time Position. Must be available 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
