WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

This person will  provide friendly, professional customer service for high volume phone calls and interact with the public (visitors, etc.).

  • Answer multiple phone lines (high volume)
  • Take payments from customers
  • Assist visitors
  • Communicate complaints to management
  • Assist with stuffing envelopes 
  • Assists with resolving problems with walk-ins regarding medical bills
  • Handles front desk coverage schedule for breaks and PTO
  • Complete special projects as assigned

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus six to twelve months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  A minimum of three years experience on a high volume switchboard is required.

CONDITIONS:

  • Business conditions may require occasional overtime
  • All overtime work must be pre-approved by the employee's immediate supervisor
  • Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change
