DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must provide world class customer service to clients to help expedite appointments and questions about repair and maintenance process
- Able to learn dealership software after training that will track customer repair orders
- Ability to close out service tickets and process and void credit card transactions
- Able and willing to learn various accounting schedule management, warranty processing and claim submission
- Will be responsible for handling cash, credit cards and customer information
- High level daily interaction involving customers and various dealership department employees
- Other duties may be assigned
- Must be able to work some Saturdays

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong written and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must be able to preform in a fast paced work environment
