- Welcome and greet every customer entering the showroom in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand the purpose of the customer's visit and identify their basic requirements.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Agent or department.
- Manage customer waiting areas and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
- Register and maintain accurate customer information in the required OMS system.
- Support the sales team by ensuring walk-in customers are assigned and attended to without delay.
- Coordinate customer appointments, visits, and test drives with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of showroom visitors and customer interactions.
- Assist in collecting and updating customer profile information.
- Follow up internally to ensure no showroom customer is left unattended.
- Support the Sales and Customer Experience teams with daily administrative activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area always.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate them to the appropriate team member when required.
- Support the team during busy periods, events, and showroom activities.
- Receives a warm welcome.
- Leaves the showroom with a positive impression of the company, regardless of whether a sale is completed.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, or automotive experience is an advantage but not mandatory for an internship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Comfortable meeting and communicating with new people.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy showroom environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/OMS systems is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills must to have, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
