As a leader on our team, you'll manage complex data linkage initiatives for Federal projects that will require deep technical expertise and proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, secure data environments. In this role, you'll:

• Lead and oversee data linkage projects involving large and complex datasets, data transfer, processing, and harmonization activities.

• Ensure compliance with Federal security policies, procedures, and standards.

• Develop and optimize linkage algorithms and evaluate linkage accuracy using statistical metrics.

• Provide risk management, quality assurance, and maintain data security for Federal datasets.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience as project or task lead

• 2+ years of experience with data related projects, including maintaining data security for Federal datasets

• Experience with statistical and analytical work, including evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing algorithms

• Experience with cloud services and data engineering

• Experience leading tasks or projects at or for a Federal agency or organization

• Knowledge of data linkage methodologies, including deterministic and probabilistic, including POI and PPRL

• Knowledge of Federal security policies, procedures, and standards

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Doctorate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Behavioral Research

  

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with CMS data

• Experience with AI/ML methods for linkage optimization

• Experience with data integration and data quality assurance processes

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and automation tools for linkage processes

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
