Reactor Operator, Oak Creek, WI
Starting pay: $26.14 with a $.80 shift differential for night shift.
Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am
As a Reactor Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate all resin reactors.
- Works as member of team to assist loading all resin reactors as required.
- Works in control room to operate reactors.
- Operates necessary equipment to locate and move raw materials. Assembles and weighs materials into processing vessels.
- Changes materials from designated areas to reactor
- Adds thinning solvents or other materials into tanks as required. Runs tests as required.
- Communicates between shifts and other departments to ensure pertinent information is passed along.
- Works with the leadership team in developing, reviewing and revising SOP's and job skills checklists.
- Cleans up equipment and work areas and performs miscellaneous duties related to the above title.
- Follows all established plant safety, environmental and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.
