We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience to build enterprise-grade digital products across front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud, and AI-enabled application layers. In this role, you will develop secure, maintainable, and high-performing software while collaborating closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Role Brief: 

This role is suited for an engineer with a strong full-stack foundation and interest in modern AI-enabled products. You will contribute across web applications, APIs, integrations, cloud-native platforms, and intelligent workflows while strengthening your engineering depth through coding, testing, debugging, collaboration, and continuous learning.

You will work with senior engineers, technical leads, product managers, designers, QA engineers, and cloud teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned to project requirements, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Build and enhance front-end, back-end, API, and integration components under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leads.
• Contribute to AI-enabled application features by integrating approved AI services, copilots, or intelligent workflow components into digital products.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution to improve product quality and reliability.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs and application behaviour through testing, logging, and feedback loops while following responsible AI and security practices.
• Collaborate in Agile team rituals, code reviews, and cross-functional delivery discussions to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for code, implementation notes, and reusable engineering practices.
• Learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, tools, and AI engineering practices to strengthen delivery capability.
• Contribute positively to engineering culture through ownership, collaboration, and openness to feedback.

Must Have 

• 3+ years of experience building and supporting web applications with hands-on exposure to both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in one or more modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, with solid command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience in at least one back-end stack such as Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, debugging, and software engineering fundamentals required to deliver production-ready code.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of source control, code review workflows, CI/CD fundamentals, testing practices, and secure development principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including deployment, logging, and monitoring fundamentals.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or AI-enabled application development, including coding assistants or features powered by AI services.
• Strong collaboration, communication, learning agility, and ownership mindset in Agile delivery environments.
• Evaluation focus: coding fundamentals, full-stack development concepts, API and database understanding, debugging and testing ability, ability to work effectively under guidance, exposure to AI-enabled development, and clear technical communication.

Nice to Have 

• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and basic orchestration concepts.
• Experience working with design systems, UI libraries, or responsive design implementation.
• Familiarity with observability, caching, messaging systems, or performance monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI application patterns such as prompt-based features, LLM integrations, retrieval-assisted experiences, AI workflow orchestration, or basic evaluation and monitoring concepts.
• Experience using AI developer productivity tools for code generation, test support, code explanation, or documentation assistance.
• Additional signals: curiosity, consistency in delivery, attention to code quality, eagerness to learn, and positive contribution to team collaboration.
