We are looking for a Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role with flexible work-from-home and in-office requirements. The ideal candidate is someone with 6–9 years of front-end development experience and can join immediately or within 15 days.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, reusable code
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment
- Ensure code quality through unit testing (Jest/Mocha) and code reviews
- Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- 6–9 years of experience as a Front-End Developer
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux or Context API
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI design
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control workflows
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS is a plus
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is preferred
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in hybrid/remote teams
- Exposure to design systems or component libraries
