React Developer

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, user-centric applications using React, Redux, and React Native. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable and accessible digital platforms that support our clients’ evolving needs.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills:

• React (v16+)

• Redux

• JavaScript (ES6+)

• HTML5

• CSS3

• Git

Preferred Software Skills:

• React Native

• TypeScript

• Webpack

• Babel

• Jest and Enzyme testing frameworks

• UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design)

• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications utilizing React, Redux, and React Native.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to implement and refine features.

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and ensure applications adhere to accessibility and security standards.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in React and front-end technologies to suggest improvements.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities.

• Contribute actively in Agile team rituals, providing technical input and status updates.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing React applications.

• Proven track record working within Agile or Scrum environments.

• Experience with React Native for mobile app development (preferred).

• Ability t collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Candidates with broader front-end expertise in JavaScript and UI development are encouraged to apply, even if their React experience is below this level.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile using React, Redux, and React Native.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to implement feature enhancements.

• Write, review, test, and deploy code ensuring high-quality standards.

• Troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments to ensure stability.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Conduct peer code reviews and share knowledge with team members.

• Monitor industry trends and continuously improve coding practices and application performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least years of progressive experience in front-end development with React, Redux, and React Native, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.

• Training or certifications in front-end development are advantageous.

• Experience working on enterprise-level projects is preferred.
