React Developer (React, Redux and Front-End Development)

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality coding standards, security and performance optimization
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in React development

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in developing web applications using React and Redux
• Strong understanding of React hooks, context API, and React Native
• At least 6+ years of experience in React development
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and npm packages
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end systems
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme and Mocha

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications
• Mentor junior developers in React development and best practices
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Develop and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
