Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance UI components using React.js.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.
- Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux, React Context, Zustand).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
- Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API.
- Strong understanding of React hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle.
- Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Enzyme).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Knowledge of UI libraries such as Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure.
- Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture.
