Demo SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently seeking an R&D Senior Analytical Scientist. This position is based in Athens.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Verify the raw data/records submitted by the analysts for its completeness, compliance with the requirements and its traceability before releasing the results.
- Direct troubleshooting of technical and scientific issues
- Prepare technical reports, summaries and protocols
- Undertake investigations during any incidents/deviations/change controls/OOS
- Support the training courses for team members as assigned.
- Follow good laboratory practices (GLP), safety regulations and SOPs
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy with MSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical laboratory
- Good knowledge in analytical instrumentation commonly used in pharmaceutical testing such as HPLC, GC, UV-VIS and wet chemistry techniques
- Fluent in Greek & English
- Excellent communication skills
