What you will be doing 
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a record of leading successful projects and teams. 
Your technical background and experience will be relevant in driving the activities and in analysing possible solutions. 
 
The projects can be development and implementation of new processes, new processing equipment or a new product. Most importantly is your curiosity and your hands-on approach. 
 

You will get the opportunity to manage projects in all phases of the development process from the idea phase to the final implementation in our factories. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with a broad range of colleagues – from our lab to production sites across the Globe. Therefore, you can expect to travel in the area of 60 days a year, e.g., when visiting other offices or factories to perform on-site testing.

You thrive in an environment where there are more questions than answers, and you see possibilities in the unknown. You are motivated by leading one or more teams which creates new, innovative, and competitive solutions that can change the state-of-the-art.  

Moreover, you can navigate in a project-based matrix organisation while using your Project Manager skills to the limit.  

To truly make an impact, we imagine that you bring:  

• Degree within mechanical engineering, marine engineering, process engineering or similar 
• 3+ years of experience within project management 
• Knowledge about - and interest in - production processes 
• Record of well-run projects in a global organisation 
• It is a plus if you hold certification within Prince2 or similar and have practical experience working within such governance framework 
• Experience from an international company 
• Great communication skills and fluent English
