As an R&D Engineer (f/m/d), you will play a key role in advancing carbon capture and CO2 utilization technologies. - Drive technological advancements and integrate them into commercial projects.
- Serve as the in-house expert for carbon capture technologies, supporting colleagues with technical insights.
- Develop and refine in-house design standards and tools.
- Advance carbon capture process simulation.
- Conduct research, manage projects, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of solutions.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Your Profile
- Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- Professional experience in chemical plant design.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and goal-oriented work ethic.
- Confident and persuasive in technical discussions.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
