The Position
The RareD Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing the Promotional and Lifecycle strategy for the assigned brand by coordinating the execution of the Tactical Plan based on the Brand Plan. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Procurement, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts. The coordinator uses data analytics tools to track and report on performance, supports Sales with promotional materials, manages Digital Marketing initiatives, and collaborates on the Patient Support Program. Additionally, they plan events, oversee internal and external communication, manage agency relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations. Budget management is also part of the role, ensuring marketing activities stay within financial constraints. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.
Your responsabilities includes:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the Tactical Plan for the brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, L&C, and Procurement to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the Marketing team and management.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and challenges in the market and supporting the Sales Force with sales tools and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate on the Patient Support Program strategy, developing educational materials and communication, while collecting feedback to improve patient relationship channels.
  • Manage Digital Marketing initiatives, including HCP Portal content and RTE campaigns, monitoring metrics to assess effectiveness, and plan, coordinate, and execute events such as standalone meetings and congresses.
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication, working with marketing agencies and vendors to develop campaigns, managing budget planning, and ensuring all marketing activities comply with regulations and company guidelines.


Qualifications

  • You hold a Degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, or other related area. An MBA or postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • This person is expected to have advanced/ fluent oral and written English.
  • We expect a candidate with relevant experience in Marketing or Sales functions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools, along with the ability to manage Digital Marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
