Compensation: $30.00 – $46.62/ hour (Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.)

The Impact You Can Make
The radiologic technologist will work directly with the radiologist, surgeons and nurses to perform a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures that require judgment, ingenuity and radiation protection practices, while responding to any of the patient’s special, physical, emotional, spiritual and/or age-specific related needs. This position also provides a lead role for the coordination of procedures performed in the operating room services.
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities)
- Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality radiographic & fluoroscopic exams safely and accurately according to established departmental protocols
- Patient-Centered Service: Provide excellent customer service, patient education, and radiation safety checks during all imaging procedures
- Digital Documentation: Maintain precise patient records across our Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS platforms
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Serve as a clinical supervisor and educator for imaging students rotating through our clinical settings
- Team Operations: Collaborate on workflow improvement projects, assist with patient transport, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean, stocked imaging environment.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Education: Successful completion of an accredited 2-year Radiologic Technology Program.
- Experience: 1+ years of radiologic technologist experience in an Operating Room.
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active New York State (NYS) Radiologic Technologist License.
- Active ARRT registration.
- Current BLS Certification (or obtained at time of hire)
Skills Required
