Burson vokser i Norge, og vi søker nå en rådgiver med forståelse for politikk og samfunnsliv som kan styrke vårt strategiske rådgivningsmiljø. Som rådgiver hos oss får du stort faglig ansvar, og vil jobbe tett med kundene våre med tiltak som hjelper kundene våre å lykkes. Du er analytisk, strukturert og har god forståelse for politikk og samfunn, og noe erfaring med innsikts- og analysearbeid. Du har også en solid formidlingsevne, både skriftlig og muntlig.
Hos oss vil du jobbe med:
- Strategisk rådgivning
- Politiske prosesser nasjonalt, lokalt og i EU
- Analyse- og innsiktsarbeid
- Utvikling og implementering av strategier
- Produksjon av budskap og innhold
- Forretningsutvikling
Vi ønsker at du:
- Har ett til tre års erfaring med strategisk rådgivning, fortrinnsvis fra konsulent- eller byråbransjen.
- Har bakgrunn fra politikken og god kjennskap til politiske prosesser i Norge og EU
- Har en sterk forretningsforståelse og evner å se sammenhenger mellom strategi, organisasjon og marked.
- Behersker norsk og engelsk flytende, både skriftlig og muntlig.
Som rådgiver i Burson får du:
- Jobbe tett med norske og internasjonale ledende virksomheter og organisasjoner
- Bidra i strategiprosesser, analyseprosjekter og posisjoneringsprosjekter
- Bistå kunder i å forstå og håndtere trender innen geopolitikk, teknologi og bærekraft
- Omsette strategi til tydelig posisjon og konkret kommunikasjon
