Execution of a local trial plan
- Planning and organizing screening trials in cooperation with Breeding and Sales, including selection of external screening locations and organization of seed samples.
- Responsible for sowing, young plant raising and planting of external trials.
- Monitoring of the trial and provide crop management support to external trials when necessary.
- Adherence to the relevant protocols of the 3rd parties in order to guarantee local quality and phytosanitary compliance of the trials.
- May be responsible for the planning and follow-up of assigned trials in different locations.

- Timely reporting of trial results to stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science. Has thorough knowledge of vegetable crop production
