At Qnity, we power innovation across the entire semiconductor value chain through a broad portfolio of advanced materials and technologies. The Korea Technology Center (KTC), one of Qnity's key global R&D hubs, plays a critical role in developing next-generation solutions that enable our customers' technology roadmaps.

We are seeking a passionate and influential Innovation Excellence Leader to drive project excellence and innovation capabilities across KTC. This role will partner closely with researchers, project leaders, and global innovation teams to strengthen Lean Innovation practices, accelerate Product Development adoption, and elevate project execution across a diverse portfolio of strategic R&D initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional with experience in R&D planning, innovation programs, or research project leadership to shape how innovation is executed within one of the industry's leading semiconductor materials organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Capability Development & Coaching

  • Train and coach employees on Lean Innovation, Product Development, and project management methodologies.

  • Design, develop, and deliver capability-building programs aligned with KTC R&D priorities and organizational needs.

  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on learning to drive adoption of innovation and project management best practices.

  • Leverage internal expertise and external resources to continuously enhance learning effectiveness and organizational capability.

  • Assess training impact and support continuous improvement of learning programs and innovation practices.

Project Management Excellence

  • Serve as a Project Management Champion to promote effective project management practices across the organization.

  • Coach project leaders and teams on project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk management.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and governance processes.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across functions and teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with R&D leaders, functional teams, and global innovation communities to align capability-building initiatives with strategic priorities.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support learning and innovation objectives.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and project excellence.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in technology, engineering, or innovation-focused organizations.

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional project leadership.

  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or capability-building programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skill in both Korean and English.

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different organizational levels.

Preferred

  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional project leadership.

  • Strong understanding of lean innovation and product development process.

  • Track record of successfully driving innovation or continuous improvement initiatives.
