Seeking aerodynamic & structural analysts to join Aerospace Advanced & Applied Technology group to help us build and deploy cutting-edge technologies that drive business value for Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for design and development of new technologies for aircraft propulsion engines, power systems & its components. You will work closely with Product architects, product managers and Chief Engineers.
ResponsibilitiesQualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in mechanical / aerospace from a reputed university.
- Industrial relevant experience in Aerospace components analysis (Preferably on Aero Engines and related components)
- Good hands-on experience on Aerodynamic analysis.
- Good understanding of Gas Turbine Engine components.
- Strong Basics in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Turbomachinery, Numerical Methods, and Finite Volume Analysis concepts.
- Expert in interpreting and understanding CFD results, post- processing, preparing detailed analysis report and propose suitable design changes based on CFD analysis.
- Should possess Interest towards development of Engineering tools and script generation for pre/post and solver automation.
- Experience in Mechanical simulation tools
- Proven ability in bringing new design concepts
- Experience in working with geographically distributed stake holders.
- Innovate on new technology insertions into the products, continuously look at embracing the changing market trends.
- Should be good at multi-tasking.
- Should be a team player with good interpersonal & networking skills.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and Problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail

- Exposure to aerospace industry
Desired Skills:
- Practitioner level expertise in ANSYS [Fluent & Static Structural],StarCCM+ tool and at least one other CFD tool.
- Hands-on experience on CAD tool-NX
- Programming/coding skills in Python or any other coding platform.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with employees at all levels.
