Gillman is an ISO9100-registered manufacturer of high-reliability electrical cables and harnesses for military ground vehicles and other ruggedized applications.
This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager
- Will be mainly responsible for quoting.
- Their duties include researching tooling and equipment and entering BOMs into kNet (Quoting system)
- Maintain assigned goals.
- Most importantly, they need to support the department's KPIs. They need to be willing to understand the product firsthand.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 6 months of experience in manufacturing, or a degree in a technical field with four years of experience in manufacturing cable harnesses.
Computer knowledge in:
Microsoft Office.
CAD design software.
English, written and spoken, 60% minimum.
Other Duties:
designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to maximize production efficiency.
Balancing lines.

Skills Required
